La rage s’est désormais entièrement emparées de notre personnage. Il voudrait faire changer les choses mais il n’y arrive pas. Le monde n’est pas encore prêt. Cependant notre homme semble se parler à lui-même. Ou est-ce Devin qui le pousse à devenir quelqu’un d’autre ? La folie s’empare alors de lui et il se confesse, demandant à dieu de le sauver. Cette voix continue de lui parler, lui proposant de signer un pacte avec elle afin de devenir celui qu’il souhaiterait être : un sauveur, le futur de ce maudit mensonge.
